Compact E-Drill Overhaul and Refurbishment:
– At every 12,000 cuts, it is recommended that the E-Drill gun be returned to the factory for disassembly and refurbishment:
o Refurbishment to include replacement of internal seals, bearings, circuitry, stepper motor; incorporation of reliability
updates as available, and a full functional test of the rebuilt unit
– Turn-around time is within one week
– Equipment to be repaired on a return-to-factory basis -

Vacuum Flush Head Locator (VFHL) Overhaul and Refurbishment

Vacuum Flush Head Locator (VFHL) Overhaul and Refurbishment:
– When vacuum cups become ineffective due to damage or wear it is recommended that the VFHL be returned to the factory for refurbishment:
o Refurbishment to include replacement of suction cups, filters etc.; incorporation of reliability updates as available, vacuum adjustment,
and a full functional test of the rebuilt unit
– Turn-around time is within one week
– Equipment to be repaired on a return-to-factory basis
