CP3-VAC-DRK
Vac-Exact is a portable, vacuum-assisted drill fixture that brings pinpoint accuracy to fastener hole repair, re-drilling, and surface alignment tasks—without the need for clamps or external fixturing. Designed for use on both curved or flat structures, Vac‑Exact uses shop air to vacuum-lock in place and guide the drill precisely where needed using standard, off-the-shelf, renewable slip-fixed drill bushings.
The result: accurate, repeatable drilling that reduces rework, FOD risk, and tool wander. It’s ideal for on-wing repair, manufacturing rework, and other tight-access structural drilling tasks across aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications.
The full kit comes ready for field or shop use in a laser-cut protective case, with bushings, adapters, and a full ring set included.
