E-Drill does not require any specialized utilities or dedicated infrastructure, making it easy to integrate into existing hangar or depot operations. The system is designed around standard shop resources, so setup is simple and cost-effective.
For water, the tool runs on ordinary tap water, which is automatically filtered and deionized by the onboard system to meet the EDM cutting requirements. Power requirements are equally straightforward—E-Drill can plug into any 100–240V, 50–60Hz outlet, including standard 110V shop power in the United States. In addition, other parts of the system connect to standard shop air, which powers the pneumatic air punch and supports optional vacuum locator tooling.
Because E-Drill leverages common utilities, it avoids the need for costly infrastructure changes or special facility setups. This compatibility helps maintenance teams deploy the system quickly and begin fastener removal operations without interruption. Learn more about setup and operation on the E-Drill product page →.
