Here we showcase the E-Drill in action as it tackles the challenging task of deskinning a portion of a Bombardier Global Express wing flap.

The wing flaps of the Bombardier Global Express are constructed from composite materials, making them lightweight yet durable. Embedded within these composite flaps are thousands of fasteners, including Composi-loks, or Jo-Bolts, which are specifically designed for use in composite materials.

This time-lapse video offers a unique glimpse into the intricate process of deskinning a composite aircraft wing flap and performing the necessary inspections. Witness the precision and efficiency of the E-Drill and S-Blaster as they work together to complete the task with ease.

The E-Drill, our advanced fastener removal tool, is engineered to safely and efficiently remove these fasteners from composite materials, allowing for precise disassembly during maintenance procedures. Additionally, we utilize the S-Blaster, another innovative tool, to assist in the removal process, ensuring efficient progress while preserving the integrity of the composite structure.

The E-Drill's precision engineering and advanced technology allow it to safely and efficiently remove fasteners, such as Composi-Loks and Jo-Bolts, while preserving the integrity of the composite material.

In this particular video, we were able to remove a total of 91 fasteners within just 1 hour and 7 minutes, demonstrating the E-Drill's unmatched speed and efficiency.
